We want you to love your sparkling water experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all SodaStream sparkling water makers and accessories purchased directly from our site. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your SodaStream machine or accessories in the original box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
